Yay for work!

So, I started work on Wednesday. Life is wonderful! I have 21 hours this week so far and am slated for 19 next week! This is most awesome. I work at Toys R Us and have noticed that I really want a lot of the things that they sell. Legos are looking more tempting as I walk by them and I have found all manner of awesome figurine and doodad. Anyways, it's awesome and I love it. I also love the fact that I'm working and working a lot. This is most excellent.

A JOB?!?!

I GOT A JOB!!! I work at Toys R Us and I start this week. It's pretty exciting! Thanks for any prayers on my behalf and I'll let you know how it all goes!

A light?

Ok. So, some things have happened in the past little bit. We switched out cars with my parents so that I can actually drive in town and around the world now. With that happening, Catherine and I had the wonderful possibility of seeing if I could get a job in Idaho Falls. We applied just about everywhere in the city that would accept applications and hoped for the best. We have since had some positive experiences.

1) I just got a call from Micheal's craft store yesterday asking if I wold come in and have an interview. I gladly accepted and it went pretty well from what I could gather. My interview was this morning and I'm pretty excited to see if they'll give me the job. They'll give me a call next Thursday.

2) I stopped in at a place called "Wingers" (a restaurant) and handed in my application and my resume. Turns out that the guy that I gave it to was the Manager. He liked my application and told me that if he didn't get back to me by Wednesday that I should call him and remind him that I am interested in working there.

So, yeah! A month's worth of prayer and fasting answered in 3 days. Here's to hoping that a lot of other people like my application!
