Dancing the night away

Happy Black Friday, folks. Hope you didn't get trampled by a herd of furious insane moms trying to get their daughters the newest Hannah Montana Backpack. They're rough this time of year.

More next week

What the hay?

Happy Thanksgiving, folks. May your turkey-induced coma be a jolly one.

Daytime TV

Ah.. that crazy Matlock. Truly, honestly... what will he do next? Eat a hotdog? Most likely.

Gentlemen...

10,000 pardons for the lateness of the post. Longer day full of things of joy and happiness. I'll probably never be late ever again... but that would be a lie. And I know it.

Change of Pace

So... it's late (as the blog post time indicates) and my roommate is asleep and I don't feel like firing up the scanner. As such, here is a small line of some scans from a book entitled "Robots in Action" that my family (not just me, but my family and I) made during a road trip do Yellowstone.

Please, I encourage you, enjoy these.

Give a Hoot!

Alright folks. That's it for the week. I'll keep this baby goin' as long as I can keep my sanity, or until I run out of Coloring books. Neither of those should happen any time soon.

Have a fun!

Gotcha!

I'm so sorry. I couldn't contain myself. It was too perfect.

Happy (early) thanksgiving weekend folks. It's gonna be a good one. Everyone in my classes has pretty much checked out already. Maybe it's just me. Two more to go before I'm out for the week!

Quite the sale!

It used to read "Crack kids", but I decided for the sake of decency to actually just put "troubled" children on the sign. I have to dig a little deeper for some of the great things inside of this book. I have another one like this and I think I remember liking that one a lot better. Some of the word finds were pretty solid. You'll all love the rest of these glorious books. I swear to you.

That can't be normal...

I think this kid was born somewhere near Chernobyl or something. I don;t know how he functions in an everyday classroom. This is some sort of scientific anomaly that will get him in Ripley's Believe it or Not or some kind of freak show.

Ol' Gapin' Jaws makes an appearance

You'll see a lot of this guy. His name is Ol' Gapin' Jaws. He's a dear friend of mine. Here, you'll see him consuming a small gardener boy. I hope that you enjoy it

Zombies ate my breakfast

If anybody got the reference fo the title of this blog, full marks to you. It's always a beautiful moment when you get that inspiration that just tells you "You need to do this and you will have something that will bring you joy every time you see it". This is one of those.

Doing it my own way

So... I decided that I needed to do this my own way. There. I did it. Enjoy.

Also... I take no blame if this one kind of... you know... freaks you out a bit. Heh... yeah.

Father and Son time

There's nothing like taking you son out and showing him how the old man does things. Times like this don't come often... get 'em while they're young.

Ghetto logic

Don't you dare mess with this guy. He's been known in this neighborhood to smack some sense into these caterpillars. I think he has a confirmed body count in the high teens. Watch out, kids. This ain't your momma's cabbage patch.

The sequel nobody was looking forward to

Had my brother Optimistic. done this, I'm sure there would be a "Tokyo Drift" in there somewhere.

Routine Check up

There! With about 25 minutes to spare for updating on the weekdays. I'm fairly certain that this is how dental visits would go on the Serengeti. Giraffes would be lovingly extending their services to the crocodiles that would in turn attempt to consume their faces. It's the circle of life!

**poke**

Man... when I saw this one in my mind, it was just too perfect. Kind of reminds me of something out of a Shel Silverstein book. If anybody gets that you deserve at least 2 points that will be redeemable for prizes in the future.

In other news, my good friend from the field, Dan King, is now happily engaged to his Fiancee as of last night. I'm very happy for the man and you should all give him biscuits or something. He's a freaking stud.

New Beginnings

This is the second book that I shall be drawing from. Simply stated, this is the monkey book: Chapter 2 of Ulterior Motives. There's some quality in this one. Hooboy is there ever some quality in this one!

The finale

There you go! The last of the Disney Heroes book. Dang that Tinkerbell and her always coming back.

As for me, the author, I got over my bowel troubles this morning and I am fine. I am still alive and all taken care of. Now I just need to start my homework.

I'll let you know how that goes for me.

Swing and a miss...

I really like this one. It just fit so well when I wrote it. Simple and fun.

In other lame news, I woke up this morning to a wonderful searing pain in my stomach. I feared for the worst as I knew that both my brother and dad have both had appendicitis. So, thankfully, it as just some horrible bowel troubles and was really just the runs. Horrible horrible runs. I'm now sitting in my jammies, missing all of my classes, nursing some Kool-Aid and eating crackers. Honestly... not how I planned to start my Tuesday.

Defection!

Here you are. Post for Monday. Not a whole ton to report today to be honest. I'm almost done with this book. Serious. Expect Book 2 on Thursday or so. I think that's how much I have left. Expect happiness!
