200th post spectacular!

That's right folks! I'm celebrating my 200th post by not posting anything and telling you all to not bug me about it for 10 days! I got married today, so bug off! I love you all and your continued patronage is appreciated, but I'M A MARRIED MAN!!!!!

What a day.

Classes officially ended today and Finals are tomorrow. I have 3 to take from 3:30 to 7:15. Each period of testing is 1:30 long. This could be fun. Calculus at 3:30, DNA and D+C at 5:45. Good gravy. Then, a bachelor party/last day as a single man/ goof off-type thing to end it all. It's crazy to know that I'm getting married in 35 hours. (yeah, I hear the chuckling from my family that I'm into hours...) Other than that, my friend Nathan Veech just came into town and we've been having an awesome time catching up with him after our 3-ish year separation. Many a great time was had. As for me now, I have one final to prepare for a bit and then I am off to sleep for the last night I have in this apartment. Thanks be to heaven for that one. I'm ready to be outta here.

Sorry again for the late posting. This weekend has been... how do you say... eventful. The wedding is right around the corner and I'm super excited. My parents have just arrived in Idaho and had a wonderful day with The Dresen side of things. It was wonderful. I am most thankful for all they do. Life is marvelous folks.

Sorry for not updating yesterday. I had an event of a time registering for classes at BYU-I. Seriously... I'm going to slay the school servers. Not. User. Friendly.

Umm... Catherine and I are now entirely ready to go to the temple... ON SATURDAY!!! Goodness me. It's upon us! It's pretty awesome... and insane at the same time. Woo! We're almost married!

Yaaaaaay Tuesday. I took my Acting I final today. Aced the dang thing. Other than that, I just did what I always do on everyday and just enjoyed life for what it was. Apparently there was some sort of fire that started near Idaho Falls and put this crazy smoke screen in the sky that made the sky look pretty cool and ominous. Pictures were taken.

Right now, Catherine is upstairs in her house having her hair done to see what it will look like for our wedding day. It's crazy knowing that it's coming so dang soon. It's neat and terrifying. So... yeah. There you go

Happy Monday, folks. This weekend has been a good one. Catherine went off to her girl's weekend in Utah and came back with a great many things for the house (frying pans, a vacuum, lamps, etc.) and things were good for me here in Rexburg. I went to a friend's house and just played some long awaited games and rocked with some Rock Band 2 with my brother in law. I fine weekend indeed. Now, however, things become a little more insane: I'm getting married NEXT WEEK. It was kind of a strange awakening when we both realized that, but it just hit us hard. It's exciting! Also in exciting news, we now have 13 items purchased for us on our registry! Oh, HAPPY DAY! I love this stuff. It's gonna be a good 10 days.

First of all, edit on yesterday's post: DrMcNinja will still be made as per usual. The inker is just leaving the project. Sad, but better news than having no more McNinja.

As for today, things have gone smooth class-wise. Things were quick and seemingly painless (with the standard calculus exemption there) and it was an enjoyable day. I had to see the college's presentation of "The Barber of Seville" which was pretty good, to be honest. Loud, but good.

Catherine left for two days for the Girl's weekend that they have every year in the Dresen side. I get to stay here with the men of the family. I think we're gonna do something. Maybe... like watching "The Last Airbender". I hope it's good.

So, some good things happened today. 1) I held 900 dollars in my hand and wallet. 2) We got Catherine's clutch replaced 3) I got to watch 2 episodes of Psych. 4) I ate at least half of a thing (probably more) of Chips Ahoy chewy cookies. It's hard to beat a day like that. For some bad news though, DrMcNinja posted its last comic today. For those of you who read it, it was some good stuff. For those of you who have not, go there immediately and right the wrong you have done.

Getting ready for a big show

Happy Tuesday, folks! I'm glad to report that somebody bought our "100-piece cookie cutter" set on our registry. This was a momentous occasion! Let the joy be heard from coast to coast.

Sorry for the lack of updating over the weekend. You know how patriotic weekends go. I was doing something less than important and then I got sidetracked and never got around to updating. Go me.

The fireworks on Saturday in Idaho Falls were pretty dang awesome. I had a good time and it was an event getting home (never EVER let your 16 year old brother in law drive you home when he has a girlfriend he's mercilessly flirting to). Other than that we've just been enjoying the day off right now. Things are getting purchased for us in our wedding registry and life is just becoming more and more awesome. Enjoy the pictures!
